Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is a workspace designed for group collaboration and communication for faculty and staff.

This tool makes communicating one-on-one and with groups easy! Enjoy seamless real-time collaboration, host an audio conference, schedule small group or team meetings, create a team to collaborate on shared projects, and see past content and chat history anytime.

Team can be used online (portal.office.com), on a Linux, PC, or Mac desktop, as well as on iOS and Android devices without connecting to the VPN.

Microsoft Planner

Microsoft Planner is a task management solution for groups when organizing projects. Microsoft Planner allows your teams to create new project plans, organize and assign tasks, share files, chat about what you're working on, and get updates on progress. It can be used as a web based dashboard, or as part of your Microsoft Team. Microsoft Planner is integrated with your other Office 365 applications and is available to all Stevens faculty and staff at https://portal.office.com.
