Important Instructions for Participants: Accessing a Zoom Session with MyStevens Credentials

 

If you attempt to join a Zoom session and you are not signed into Stevens Zoom account, you may see a message like this one below. This is the result of you not being logged into your Stevens Zoom account or you are logged into another Zoom account in your desktop client.

 

When navigating to your Zoom desktop client you must log in or select your initials/avatar in the upper right and select "Switch account" or "Sign Out".  You must now log in with your Stevens Single Sign On (SSO): 

 

Then enter "stevens" into the box that appears. Click on Continue. 

 

You may then be prompted to enter your Stevens username and password in order to connect to the Zoom session. 

 

 

After you have authenticated, please attempt to access your Zoom session if this does not happen automatically.
