What is VPN?

VPN software allows you to securely connect to the Stevens campus network resources from off campus. Our current, supported client for VPN connectivity is Global Protect, which can be used on Windows, Mac, Linux and mobile clients. Using the VPN is required for secure access to in-house resources such as SIS, network drives (storage01), research systems, and Stevens software license servers. Please note that when using the Global Protect VPN client, all of your internet traffic will be routed thru Stevens.
