How to join a Microsoft Teams Meeting

This knowledge base article outlines all of the various methods for joining a Microsoft Teams meeting.

 

1. Join a meeting from your Microsoft Teams desktop app on your PC or Mac computer

Open the Microsoft Teams desktop app and choose the Calendar on the left side toolbar

Your Outlook calendar will now load on the page.

Find the day and time to see your meeting listed and then select JOIN.

The meeting in Microsoft Teams will now open on your desktop.

 

2. Join a meeting from your Microsoft Outlook desktop app on your PC or Mac computer

Open your Outlook desktop app on your PC or Mac computer.

Go to your Calendar and open your meeting.

Scroll to the bottom of the meeting and select Join Microsoft Teams Meeting.

The meeting will open in the Microsoft Teams desktop app.

 

3. Join a meeting from your iOS or Android mobile device using the Microsoft Teams mobile app

Open the Microsoft Teams app on your iOS or Android device.

Select Calendar in the bottom menu bar.

Select JOIN to enter the meeting hosted in Microsoft Teams.

The meeting will now open and you will be able to view any content shared during the meeting.
