On the Web Self Services homepage, make sure that the desired academic term is active. The current semester is active by default. Then, hover over the Registration tab. Here you will find two options for viewing your class schedule: Student Schedule and Detailed Schedule.

There are two ways to view your class schedule: "Student Schedule" and "Detailed Schedule"

Student Schedule

The Student Schedule view provides a weekly overview of your class schedule. Similar to most calendar applications, the courses are displayed as time blocks. Here, you can see the course, building/room number, and start/end time for all your courses.

The Student Schedule view show a weekly overview of your class schedule.

Each row designates that the time listed in the left-most column is the start time for that row. For example, in the sample schedule above, CAL-105 starts at 9:00 AM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The class ends between 9:45 AM - 10:00 AM, as the 9:45 AM row is the last row with CAL-105. MA-221 starts at 10:00 AM. The exact start and end times for each class can be found in the Detailed Schedule view.

Detailed Schedule

The Detailed Schedule view shows you more information about each of your classes. From here, you can see:

  • The course code, section, and name
  • The days/times the class meets as well as the building and room number
  • The start and end dates for the course
  • The course instructor's name
  • How many credits the course is worth as well as the total number of credit hours you are enrolled for
  • The course call number for registration purposes

The Detailed Schedule view shows more information for each of your courses.
