Office 365 email feature - Focused Inbox

Focused Inbox is a new feature in Office 365 email to help manage your inbox. It separates your inbox into two tabs—Focused and Other. Your most important emails are on the Focused tab while the rest remain easily accessible—but out of the way—on the Other tab.

Focused Inbox makes it easier for you to stay on top of incoming email without having to visit another folder. You can easily switch between tabs at any time to take a quick look.

To turn the Focused Inbox feature On or Off

  1. Log into your Office 365 email using the Outlook web app - https://webmail.stevens.edu
  2. Click on the settings gear icon at the top right hand corner near your name.
