How To Recover Your Username

If you forget your Stevens username, follow the steps below to retrieve it.

What you need to recover your username:

  1. Go to the Account Password Management Portal (stevens.edu/password) and click Recover your username.

    Click "Recover your username."
     
  2. Enter your CWID and first and last names. Then check the box and click Submit.

    Enter your CWID and name. Check the box, and click "Submit."
     
  3. Choose how you would like your username to be sent: as a text message to your recovery phone, as an email to your recovery email, or both. Click Retrieve Username.

    Choose how you would like to receive your username, then click "Retrieve Username."
     
  4. Check your phone/inbox for a new message. Your username will be displayed.

    Check your phone/email for a new message with your Stevens username.
