How to Share a Calendar Using Outlook for Web (OWA)

You can share calendars using the web version of Outlook (OWA). Open your web browser and go to Click on the icon for calendar in the bottom left hand side.

Select the calendar you would like to share (the default calendar is called "Calendar"). Then click Share.

You can also create a new calendar to use for a project, a team, or a committee and share it with individuals you will be working with.


Search for who you would like to share your calendar with.

After you've made your selection, you can choose the level of detail you would like the person to have (e.g. view calendar, edit calendar, etc.). When finished, click Share then Done.
