Faculty and Staff can submit a request to generate a Stevens account for those who require access to Stevens resources in support of legitimate University work, such as consultants, researchers and visiting scholars, and vendors, but who will not be on-boarded by HR and entered into Workday.

Please note: This request does not need to be made for new full-time and part-time Stevens employees. Once they are onboarded by HR and set up in Workday, their Stevens accounts will be created without further action on your part. Account credentials will be provided to the personal email address specified in Workday.
