ID Card Info & Replacement

LOST/STOLEN/REPLACEMENT CARD

If your card is lost, immediately go online to deactivate it.  You can also reactivate your card if you find it.  Additional information can be found on the Card Office webpage.

CARD CARE

  • Bending, scratching, or punching holes in the card may render it unreadable.
  • Do not put the card through the washing machine or dryer.
  • Do not store the card next to cell phones or magnets.
