How do I access/update personal information in Workday

The “Home” screen in Workday contains Worklets (the bubbles with icons in them) that enable access to your information on Pay, Benefits, Time Off, Personal Information, and much more. You can also click on your name in the upper right hand corner of any landing page to access the Employee Profile page. It contains the information above as well as Job and Compensation information.

Employees access to their personal information through the “Personal Information” Worklet.

  1. Click on the Personal Information Worklet.
  2. Click on “Contact Information”
  3. Click on the “Edit” icon
  4. Click on the “Pencil” icon to edit the information, or on the “Plus” icon to add information.
  5. Click “Submit” to save the information.
